Prolonged use often causes refrigerator, oven, or dishwasher doors to sag, fail to close properly, or rub against the frame due to seal friction. This package restores the door’s original vertical alignment by adjusting hinge angles and tension.
Technicians use spirit levels and torque wrenches to make millimeter-precision adjustments to the upper and lower hinges while checking the door’s weight balance. For worn hinge bushings, we install wear-resistant shims to eliminate play.
After adjustment, the door operates with smooth resistance and the seal fits tightly again; this minimizes cold air leakage and prevents the risk of glass breakage caused by uneven stress.
