Description
This service is designed to locate and eliminate various types of abnormal vibration and noise generated during appliance operation, whether caused by the compressor, fan, motor, or piping resonance.
Technicians use industrial stethoscopes and vibration analysis pens to measure vibration frequencies at multiple points along the appliance’s casing, precisely pinpointing the source of the noise. Noise reduction is then achieved by tightening loose components, installing damping pads, or adjusting piping supports.
After noise reduction treatment, we compare decibel readings from before and after the repair to ensure the overall noise level returns to the normal range. This process is economical and efficient, requiring no replacement of major components.
