For refrigerators and freezers equipped with rapid freezing or rapid cooling functions. If this function fails to cool effectively when activated, this package focuses on inspecting the status of the relevant solenoid valve, capillary tube, and auxiliary fan.
The technician will activate the “Quick Freeze” mode, monitor changes in the temperature difference between the evaporator’s air inlet and outlet, and verify that the auxiliary fan starts correctly. If refrigerant flow distribution is abnormal, we optimize it by adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve.
Once the function is restored, the appliance can rapidly pass through the critical ice-crystal formation zone while in “Quick Freeze” mode, effectively locking in the food’s nutrients. After the service, we measure the duration of a complete quick-freeze cycle.
