Description
Suitable for the internal air ducts of refrigerators, indoor air conditioning units, or built-in ovens. Dust accumulation or displaced baffles within the ducts can cause airflow short-circuiting, impairing cooling performance or baking evenness.
Technicians will remove the duct cover, clean away accumulated dust and lint from the fan blades and inner duct walls, and verify that the damper motor opens and closes to the correct angles. Any deformed air deflectors will be corrected using a heat gun or replaced.
Following optimization, we measure the airflow velocity across various sections of the outlet to ensure uniform distribution. This helps eliminate issues such as localized over-cooling in refrigerators or hot spots in ovens.
