Description
Addresses humidity imbalances in the refrigerator compartment—such as low humidity causing produce to dry out, or high humidity leading to condensation and pooling water. This package achieves balance by adjusting air damper openings and drainage channel slopes.
Technicians inspect humidity sensors and damper motor feedback, clear algae from around drainage holes, and adjust internal shelf layouts to optimize cold airflow paths. A micro-humidity adjustment cover is installed if necessary.
After adjustment, we use a temperature and humidity logger to monitor fluctuations over 24 hours (typically maintaining a 75%–85% range), significantly extending the freshness of fruits and vegetables.
