Designed for washing machine drum drives, tumble dryers, or range hood fan drives. Loose or cracked belts can cause slipping, abnormal noise, and insufficient rotation speed; this package provides standardized replacement and tension adjustment.
Technicians match the old belt’s specifications to select an industrial-grade drive belt with the correct tooth profile and length. After installation, a tension gauge is used to measure belt deflection, and the motor mount position is adjusted to achieve optimal tension.
Once replaced, we manually rotate the drum to check for wobble and run the machine to test for smooth acceleration and deceleration. Proper tension reduces excess load on bearings and minimizes overall machine vibration.
