Description
Whether dealing with a malfunctioning refrigerator thermostat, a significant discrepancy between actual and set oven temperatures, or unstable water heater temperatures, this package provides comprehensive calibration and adjustment of the temperature control circuit.
Technicians compare the appliance’s actual temperature against a standard thermocouple thermometer at multiple points to plot a temperature deviation curve. If the deviation exceeds permissible limits, we adjust the thermostat’s internal reference resistor or replace the temperature sensor probe.
Following calibration, we perform repeatability tests within the appliance’s operating range (e.g., 2–8°C for refrigeration, 150–250°C for baking) to ensure precise temperature control. This service significantly improves cooking or storage quality.
