Description
Specifically addresses issues such as slow drainage, abnormal pump noise, or complete drainage failure in washing machines and dishwashers. These problems are often caused by foreign objects (e.g., coins, buttons, fibers) jamming the impeller.
Technicians safely disconnect the power and water supply, remove the drain pump filter, manually extract all foreign objects, and clear any debris tangled around the impeller. We also inspect the pump chamber seal for signs of aging or deformation.
After reassembly, we perform a rapid drainage test to confirm normal flow and the absence of leaks. We also provide advice on how to prevent future blockages during daily use.
